Make Money With InfoBarrel
-->
At the beginning of the year I set some goals for myself. I wanted to start making money by writing online. There are so many options for people these days, and after learning about eHow I thought it would be a good place to start.
I wanted to write 1000 eHow articles this year. I know that’s a big number but I thought that if I could accomplish that goal I’d be earning somewhere between $700 to $2000 per month in passive income. That’s a big range but I didn’t know what to expect since I was just starting out.
I’m only three weeks into my eHow experience and I’ve written 100 articles. 100 exactly. So I’m definitely on my way to 1000 and I think I could get there if I stick with it. But, I’m starting to reconsider putting all my time into one revenue sharing content site.
The more I research and learn the more I realize that putting all your eggs in one basket is bad, even when it comes to writing online. eHow is now famous for deleting articles for no apparent reason. Even if the articles are earning good money and are well written by expert users they may get deleted. Plus, their site is buggy. I’ve experienced it many times myself.
As of today I’m going to start diversifying my online writing by signing up at InfoBarrel. Infobarrel ranks well in Google and they allow you to write more than just how-to guides. They also have “do follow” linking capabilities which is very attractive for anyone that owns a blog or website.
I wrote my first InfoBarrel article today and I’m planning to write many more. I hope that I can get 100 articles up on their site in the next month so I can start comparing earnings between ehow and InfoBarrel.
I’ll be reporting on what I earn so check back in at Need Money Tips to see what I’ve learned and how you can benefit from my experience.
