(7 days a week with 12 hour weekend shift work.) I found I was ill more often and less effective as a wife and mother. Working an extra job is poor advice. You can always just live cheeper. (lower your monthy costs such as rent/mortgage, car payment, grocery bill ) The jonses don't pay your bills. Don't be pressured to live some sort of idealized standard.
